Remember, always consult with your dermatologist before beginning a new regimen.

Disclaimers:
I am not a licensed dermatologist or skincare professional. The information is based solely on my experience and opinion. It is important to consult with a licensed dermatologist, esthetician, or other healthcare provider before starting any new skincare regimen, especially if you have specific skin concerns or conditions. Adding Vitamin A to any skincare regimen should be under the care of a physician.

Skincare is highly individual, and results may vary. As with any new product or routine, your skin may experience a “purging” phase, a normal process as your skin adjusts. Always patch-test new products before full use to avoid irritation or allergic reactions.

Vitamin A can increase skin sensitivity, especially to sunlight. When using Vitamin A/Retinoids you must wear sunscreen daily to protect your skin from UV damage. As with any retinoid, you may experience dryness, peeling, or irritation, particularly during the initial stages of use as your skin adjusts. Start with a lower frequency of application (e.g., every other night) and gradually increase usage as your skin becomes accustomed. Use the sandwich method by applying a moisturizer before and after the topical retinoid.
If you have sensitive skin or conditions like eczema or rosacea, consult a dermatologist before using a retinoid. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience excessive irritation or other adverse reactions.

Important Warning: Vitamin A should be avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to potential risks to the developing baby. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before using any products containing Vitamin A. Product Links are affiliate links.
